BiographyI've been a licensed realtor since 2000 and I'm still loving it. Having joined Bosley Real Estate in February 2014, I can honestly say this is an amazing and very successful company to be a part of, and I'm here to stay. The nearly 14 years at my previous brokerage was a great experience and I was #2 in my final year of 2013 for top sales, as well as being in the top 5% in Canada for the company nationwide. I had been a member of HomeLife/Realty One's President's Club for nine years, as well as having won numerous other awards from the company's head office. Management experience from that office has given me such great insight into the 'behind the scenes' of real estate. I feel that is so valuable to my profession, and allows me to represent my clients extremely well. Prior to Real Estate, my life and career was in dance. I am still very involved with the arts, have been a member of two dance company's board of directors and will continue to support local dance artists and people from other arts backgrounds. My business has primarily been in the downtown core and Leslieville, but having lived in Danforth Village since 2007, I enjoy seeing how this neighbourhood has improved over the years. Houses are being renovated, and the Danforth on the East side is finally seeing some rejuvenation as well. I have recently finished a two year board member term with DECA (Danforth East Community Association) and was thrilled to be a part of such a dynamic and positive group. This led me to be on the inside pulse of all that goes on in Danforth Village, as well as allowing me to have a positive impact on the neighbourhood. I'll still be volunteering where time permits to grow this amazing spot we call home. Furthering my education, I still continue my decade long affiliation with the University of Toronto by taking Urban Studies and Human Geography courses every year. Participation at U of T allows me to stay current with the latest urban and community development trends happening in Toronto. Most of my business has always come from referrals of past clients, and I am grateful for every single one of them, but of course I love meeting and working with new people too, so want to chat about real estate over a coffee? Don't hesitate to call. Corinne |
